GUANA BAY--The St. Maarten Police Force KPSM was called to Guana Bay Road on Monday, November 4, because a man M.P. had a spear gun in his possession and had threatened one of his neighbours with the weapon.
When officers arrived on the scene, they encountered the suspect with the weapon. Police arrested P. and confiscated the spear gun.
He was taken to the Philipsburg police station and interrogated. After the interrogation, he was given a fine and released.
