Minister of Justice Cornelius de Weever, in the presence of Police Chief Carl John and his management team, representatives of the police unions NAPB, ABVO and WICSU, along with a number of Police Force employees, signed the decree for the formalisation of the new structure for the employees of the Police Force of St. Maarten KPSM.
This short but historic ceremony took place in the conference room on the first floor of the police headquarters Philipsburg on Monday. Minister de Weever congratulated all KPSM members and union representatives. After the signing, representatives of the unions thanked the minister for making this moment a reality.
