Lala's abandoned on the beach

These bones of Lala’s, Sonesta Great Bay Beach Resort’s outdoor restaurant, are still standing on the beach. The huge white tent that covered the bones was shredded by the claws of Hurricane Irma, the category five-plus monster storm that ravaged the country in September 2017. The caravans used as food trucks also remain abandoned on the beach. The garbage collection area is overflowing with household trash further marring the entrance to the beach. The hurricane also severely damaged the now-closed resort.
