DUTCH QUARTER--A patrol was directed to Dutch Quarter for a dispute between a man and a woman on Sunday, police reported on Tuesday. The man’s brother was trying to mediate between parties in an argument that turned physical. The situation got out of hand when one of the brothers took a knife and stabbed the other.
The victim needed medical attention and was taken to the police station where he was given first aid by paramedics.
The suspect M.M.L. was arrested at the scene, taken to the police station for further investigation and remains in police custody.
