A large dead flamboyant tree is looming over Cottage Road. Residents are concerned that strong winds could topple the tree carcass at any time onto a pedestrian or passing vehicle on the very busy street.
Residents hope government will tackle the tree to prevent a very dangerous situation. Hurricanes Irma and Maria which blew through last year toppled many trees while others have been decaying over time.
