ANGUILLA--Frangipani Beach Resort at Meads Bay has received the top award in Travel + Leisure’s 2018 Best Awards as the number one resort in the Caribbean, Bermuda and the Bahamas. It was also named among the top 100 hotels in the world, ranking number three in the overall category.

The resort offers one of the most breathtaking views on Meads Bay in Anguilla and features 19 rooms and suites and an impressive 5,000-square-foot beachfront villa providing an intimate setting with many luxuries and amenities. In November a new addition will be a rooftop lounge space and Balinese spa. It will incorporate solar power into the design as part of the continued focus on sustainability and renewable energy.
“This award is especially meaningful knowing how hard we worked to get back up and running following Hurricane Irma. Our guests supported us so much through that challenging time and it really encouraged us to recover as quickly as we could,” said Kircher.
