Vehicles continue to look for unusual parking spots on Front Street, as was evident on Thursday morning. This type of obstruction hampers the flow of traffic at times on one of the island’s busiest streets. The white Corolla parked under a “No Parking” sign and obstructed traffic. The driver noticed and moved his car a few minutes later.
