Court of first Instance finds Buncampers guilty.

PHILIPSBURG--The Court of First Instance gave its verdict Thursday in the Buncamper-case in which the suspects were primarily accused of committing forgery, according to a press statement from the Public Prosecutors Office spokesperson.

The Claudius Buncamper and Maria Buncamper were sentenced to 12 months in jail fully suspended, probation period of three years and 240 hours of community service or 120 days in jail. SBS director I.H. was sentenced to three months in jail, suspended, probation period of two years and 120 hours of community service unconditional. Notary F.G. was sentenced to 240 hours community service or 120 days in jail. Eco Green director T.W. was acquitted of all charges against him.‎
