MARIGOT--The Collectivité is reminding the population that the public consultation for the modification of the Plan d’Occupation des Sols (POS) runs from March 19 until April 9, 2018.
It regards an amendment to the Land Use Plan (POS) to allow an initial regulatory development, conducive to economic development and the emergence of public projects, as well as to correct or clarify elements of the POS regulations (see presentation of the report published in French and English on the Collectivité’s website).
One can give an opinion directly by going to the Collectivité’s website: www.com-saint-martin.fr (click on the link provided for this purpose) or write your opinion in the suggestion book open to the public at the Town Planning Department (Service Urbanisme), Rue Fayel in Concordia.
