Church Service opens 2018-2019 Law Year

ANGUILLA--Governor Tim Foy, Deputy Governor Perin Bradley, Chief Minister Victor Banks and Leader of the Opposition Palmavon Webster along with the full complement of government ministers and parliamentary secretaries joined with Anguilla’s resident judge Justice Cheryl Mathurin and members of the legal profession in a church service to mark the beginning of the 2018-2019 Law Year, on Tuesday, September 18.

The hour-long service held at St. Mary’s Parish Church in the Valley and officiated by Reverend Dr. Wycherley Gumbs, ended with a group photo on the steps of the church and then a parade procession led by the Police Band, to the High Courthouse where Justice Mathurin inspected the Police Guard of Honour.
