Ama Jewelers robbed in broad daylight

PHILIPSBURG-- Armed robbers stormed Ama Jewelers on Front Street early Thursday afternoon and robbed the establishment.

Police Spokesperson Ricardo Henson confirmed that two persons robbed the establishment. Henson said it could not be ascertained as yet what exactly was stolen. Henson promised to provide more information as it becomes available.   It could not be ascertained whether anyone was hurt during the incident.
