The final Road to Carnival party took place at Walter Plantz Square on Friday evening with performances by the island’s top performers. Hundreds came out and enjoyed the final bash before Carnival Village opens on Thursday. St. Maarten Carnival Development Foundation (SCDF) thanked all persons who came out to the final event of the Road to Carnival series and hopes for continued support this Carnival season.
