Air rally lands in Bonaire

Bonaire hosted 14 private planes with a total of 32 crew in its first Air Rally. Many had gathered at Donkey Beach and Te Amo Beach near Flamingo Airport to watch the landings.

The next morning, students of Kolegio Kristu Bon Wardador and Kolegio San Bernardo got the chance to see the visiting aircraft up close and learn more about aviation. Afterwards participants toured the island to see some of its historic sites and nature. Before continuing their journey to Cartagena, Colombia, and then Panama City, they promised to try and come back next year with an even bigger group.
