Initial line-up announcement
Mark your calendars! The Caribbean’s premier destination music experience, SXM Festival, returns to Saint Martin from March 18 to 22, for its highly anticipated 9th edition. With a newly unveiled Phase One line-up, the stage is set for five incredible days of music, culture, art, and adventure on one of the world’s most breath-taking islands.
This year’s initial roster is a standout mix of global icons and fresh underground talent. Making his long-awaited debut is Carl Cox, one of electronic music’s most revered names. Also headlining is the return of Grammy-winning duo Deep Dish, bringing their classic sound to tropical shores. Genre-blurring artist Elderbrook will perform a special DJ set, while Lee Burridge, founder of the “All Day I Dream” series, returns with his signature sunrise sessions.
Joining them are German house duo Andhim, tech-house favourite Layton Giordani, and progressive maestro Spencer Brown. Live acts include Natascha Polké, and Eli Fola, whose hybrid sets blend Afro beats with live saxophone and percussion. Rising stars like Marten Lou, Maxi Meraki, Nimino, and Yet More round out a diverse line-up that perfectly balances legendary talent with future sounds.
But SXM Festival is more than just a music event, it’s a curated escape. From beachfront dancefloors and jungle raves to exclusive villa parties and mountaintop celebrations, the festival transforms Saint Martin into a vibrant tapestry of rhythm and nature. Highlights include the Sunrise Party, where the beach glows with golden light, and the iconic Panorama Party, set atop the island’s highest point with breath-taking 360° views.
Since its inception in 2016, SXM Festival has remained deeply committed to sustainability, local culture, and immersive travel. Attendees are encouraged to explore the island through culinary tours, eco-hikes, catamaran cruises, and community-driven art experiences. The event also supports local artists, artisans, and green infrastructure. “SXM Festival was born to unite people from all over the world in one of the most beautiful places on Earth,” said founder Julian Prince. “Phase One gives just a glimpse of the journey we’re creating for 2026.”
With a stunning setting, expertly curated music, and a mission rooted in cultural and environmental connection, SXM Festival 2026 promises to be a truly transformative experience.
