The menu at Sublime Rest-Bar boasts a wide array of delectable dishes, perfectly curated for your dining pleasure. Appetisers like ravioli spinach and ricotta will tease your taste buds with their mushrooms, kisses of fresh herbs and delicate Grana Padano. If Tuna Tartare is your idea of a great dish, then stop by and try their version with rice paper and avocado for a pop of flavour.

Carnivores need not shy away from Sublime. The selection of meat ranging from rib-eye steak, rack of lamb, chateaubriand and foie grass is just a sampling of the variety Sublime offers. If you’re really looking to treat yourself, indulge in the 4-hour short beef ribs. Let it bathe you in the red wine sauce, with a perfectly caramelized shallot glaze. The portions are ample, so you will never walk away from the establishment feeling unsatisfied.

For something lighter, take a dip into the seas of their seafood menu. Choose between tender octopus, succulent lobster tails or delicate scallops atop crispy crostini chips with a taste of avocado. Sample the bar for a taste of any of their classic or specialty cocktails. Pair it with any of the desserts, like the tempura apple pie or the house crème brûlée.

The dress code is casually elegant. Make sure you pop by for Happy Hour every day from 5:00 to 6:00pm. The staffers are perfectly outfitted with masks and sanitization practices up to Covid-19 specifications, and social distance spacing is practiced in the restaurant. It’s the hottest new place in the Maho Village, so it would be a good idea to call first to find out if there is availability.
