The Green Zones during the St. Maarten Heineken Regatta
The countdown is on! From Thursday, March 6, to Sunday, March 9, the 45th edition of the St. Maarten Heineken Regatta will take over the island with world-class sailing, electrifying entertainment and, of course, its legendary after-parties, the Green Zone.
This year, the nightlife experience is reaching new heights. For the first time, the official St. Maarten Heineken Regatta after-parties will be hosted by Mad Events, the island’s premium event organizers. “Proud to take on this challenge, Mad Events sees the Green Zone as an opportunity to push boundaries and align our vision for future growth and expansion,” say Yohan Cohen and Thomas Muguet.
These exclusive events will take place across top venues, featuring international headliners and the island’s best DJs. Whether you want to party by the lagoon, dance with your feet in the sand, or rave on a hilltop, there is a Green Zone for everyone.
Kick off the Regatta weekend at Nowhere Special on Thursday, March 6, from 9pm. This special opening night will feature a high-energy local line-up with stunning lagoon views. DJ Outkast, DJ King Kembe, DJ Eyedol, and MC Speyenol will keep the crowd moving. Leeyo on the Drums will add a percussive live element, making this a night to remember. Best of all, this event is accessible to everyone, with FREE entry for all.
On Friday, March 7, enjoy a lively Caribbean beach party at Bikini Beach. Local DJs Classy D, Maestro, Wiwi, Big Boss, and King Kembe will warm up the night before world-renowned DJ and music producer Osocity takes over with an electrifying set, blending Caribbean and global sounds. Step into the ultimate nightclub experience at Lotus, the region’s premier club, on Saturday, March 8. From 10:00pm, an exciting line-up of local DJs, including DJ Shawty, BB Bad, Maestro, Wiwi and Eyedol will have everyone dancing throughout the night. The headliner for the night, DJ Nano, one of the most sought-after DJs in the US, will keep the energy at an all-time high with an unforgettable set. The $15 tickets are available online now!
On Sunday, March 9, from 3:00pm, take the chairlift to the sky-high house and techno party at Rainforest Adventures. This event will take place at the breath-taking hilltop venue, offering an experience like no other. DJ Calum, DJ Vito, and DJ Owlish will set the tone with deep hypnotic beats.
