Hi! This is Mr. Positive Dose again, here to tell you about being comfortable in your own skin. I know, I know, sometimes you stand in front of the mirror and you see yourself as being either too skinny or having 10 more pounds. This is true most of the times. After all, you are what you see in the mirror, but with that being said, I'm urged to ask the question: "What are you doing to change that reflection in the mirror?"
You see, if you stress and fuss about being too fat or too skinny and not liking how you look, but you just slump in a couch watching Empire and eating junk food, you are not going to change. Yes, you might get fatter to the point where you need to pay for two seats in the bus, but your situation is not going to change. You need to work towards getting into that person you want to be and not who you want others to see. There are a lot of things you can do, including working out at home, going to the gym and dieting. But you have to make that commitment to change and feel better.
"Be yourself – not your idea of what you think somebody else's idea of yourself should be." ~Henry David Thoreau
