SYNOPSIS: 
Lingering moisture and instability with daytime heating could trigger a few brief localize showers over St. Maarten. However, a weak Atlantic high pressure ridge is becoming the dominant weather feature across the Region.
Meanwhile, seas will gradually subside and become tranquil from tomorrow.

SPECIAL FEATURE:

At 11 am, the tropical disturbance west of the Cape Verde Islands has developed into Tropical Depression nine (9). It is expected to turn toward the northwest, and does not pose a threat to the local area.

The tropical disturbance midway between the Cape Verde Islands and the Lesser Antilles continues to show signs of development with a high…70% chance of becoming a tropical cyclone in the next 2 to and 80% within the next 5 days.
