 SYNOPSIS: 
The Atlantic high pressure ridge is generating a dry and stable atmosphere over region. However, patches of moisture drifting with the wind flow may account for occasional cloudy periods and brief isolated showers across the local area.

Additionally, winds and seas will remain light for the next couple of days.

SPECIAL FEATURE: 

At 11am, Tropical Depression #9 continues to move northwest in the central Atlantic. This system does not pose a threat to the local area.

Also, the tropical disturbance over 1000 miles east-southeast of the Lesser Antilles continues to show signs of development with a high chance of becoming a tropical cyclone in the next 2 to 5 days.

OUTLOOK through Saturday midday: Partly to occasionally cloudy and slightly hazy with a few brief isolated showers.
