SYNOPSIS:
A tropical wave (the remnants of Tropical Cyclone Grace) is generating breezy conditions with cloudiness, high seas and showers. Some of these showers may be heavy at times and can trigger street-flooding. Residents and visitors of low-lying areas should be vigilant and use caution throughout today.
Further, sea conditions are expected to subside from tomorrow, after the passage of the tropical wave. Small craft operators should continue to exercise caution.

At 11 am, Tropical Storm Henri was located south southwest of Cape Race Newfoundland and is moving north northeast. This system poses no threat to St. Maarten.
