PHILIPSBURG--New Public Health Minister Rafael Boasman will be given an update later this week on the restructuring of Social and Health Insurances SZV.
SZV official Glen Carty said on Wednesday that the insurance service provider would update the new minister on the entire restructuring process it will be undergoing.
The restructuring process is called SZV 3.0. Once the restructuring approach has received the green light from the new minister the social insurance service provider will proceed to implement it.
Carty declined to divulge details of the restructuring process at this stage. He wants the minister to have a chance to hear about the process first and give his comments on it before going public.
A presentation about the restructuring is also expected to be given to the members of the tripartite group who signed a protocol for the improvement of St. Maarten Medical Center earlier this year, Carty said.
