Dear Daily Herald Subscriber,

As you may have noticed when logging on to our new website:, you might have gotten the message:

"The maximum log-in limit for this account has been reached. If you have signed in at another work station and your session is still open, you should sign off there to unlock the account. Otherwise, you will need to wait X amount minutes before you can retry to log in here. If you see the waiting time increasing, the other work station is probably still active."

There is only one active session per username allowed but we have the possibility to create multiple users under one account so every separate user can read the online version of The Daily Herald at the same time. However there is an extra charge per extra user which is $ 75.00/Naf. 135.00 per year.

To recap: one subscriber/account can now have multiple users at $ 75 extra per person/per year.

Let us know by filling out the subscription form on the website. Subscription Form.

In case of any problems please send an email to [email protected] so we can address the problem as soon as possible.

Best Regards,

Steven De Windt
