PONY Caribbean Zone Tournaments and the board of the St. Martin PONY League remind all players that pre-selection practice has begun. Practice takes place at the John Cooper/Jose Lake Sr. Ballpark every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3:00 to 6:00pm. All players are reminded that only players in full practice uniform will be allowed on the field and that only players that attend practice regularly stand a chance to form part of the final selection. Non-violent resistance training
Non-violent resistance training for parents of children age 8 to 12 years, who exhibit self-destructive and or aggressive behaviour will be given by SFPO (St. Maarten’s Foundation for Psychologists and “Orthopedagogen”)
The NVR method contributes to a decrease in escalating situations within the family, school setting, and within the community, It also leads to the strengthening of relationships between family members and between teachers and students. Using the NVR method, increases the parents parental presence in children’s lives.
